By registering for UPAOICON 2026, you consent to receive updates, announcements, and important notifications related to the conference.

• Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
• In case of failed or pending transactions, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded as per the bank or payment gateway policies.
• The organizing committee is not responsible for transaction failures due to network issues, bank delays, or payment gateway errors.
• Confirmation receipts and emails may take a few minutes to be delivered after successful payment.

• Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance at the conference.
• Workshop or add-on session fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
• If the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
